how do you apply the themes that is installed from the market?

  Depends on what type of theme it is. Some themes are made for special theming programs such as aHome, Sweeter Home, etc. In that case you have to install the program that theme was made for and activate it though that. Other themes are made for rooted devices. Could you give me a little more information about the theme you’re referring to?
